Kevin Mitnick is one of the most famous hackers in the United States. In 1982, Kevin was recorded as having hacked into the computer systems of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
In 1989, Mitnick had hacked into the computer network system of the company Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). After infiltrating, he then also managed to make a copy of the software made by the leading computer manufacturer.
Thanks to the actions taken, Mitnick was included in the main wanted list at that time. Mitnick was arrested and served time in prison on several counts of hacking.
In 1983, when he was 17 years old, Kevin Poulsen alias Dark Dante was recorded as having hacked the ARPANET computer network at the Pentagon belonging to the United States Department of Defense. The government then quickly managed to catch him.
However, at that time, Poulsen was not arrested because he was still a minor. In 1988, Poulsen again launched his campaign, this time hacking into the computers of the United States government, looking for files related to Ferdinand Marcos, the ousted president of the Philippines.

From the hack, James, who was 15 years old at the time, claimed to have access to more than 3,000 messages from employees, usernames, passwords and other sensitive data.
